The center was donated by the Alvan Ikoku College of Education for the job training program. The center has about 40 computers, Internet access, a fully-functional business office, and about six administrative staff. Currently it remains one of the best equipped training centers in the country.

Advantages Of The Training Center:

Because the training center is located right inside Nigeria's first and highest-rated college of education, it enjoys lots of advantages over similar outfits in the country including a very conducive environment inside a college campus, access to highly-trained qualified instructors, regular back-up power supply incase of power failure, security, and efficient management. In addition, the veritable partnership and support from the four giant institutions (US Government, Imo State Government, The World Bank Group, and AICE, Owerri) gives an added weight to courses and certificates received from the center.

 
Training Cost:

Currently it is the cheapest training center in the country. A full two months computer training at the center can be as low as N3,000 ($25.00) depending on program.
 
What Students Get Upon Completion:

All training at the center is hands-on. Upon completion of any training course at the center, the student will receive a diploma certificate, career counseling session, continued access to the computer lab, and job placement assistance.
Current Training Plan:

Corporate Plan: For corporate businesses, NGO's, Governments, Parastatals, organizations. Training could hold at the client's site, or at the training center. Huge discounts applies for corporate clients.

Family Plan: For family members who want to learn together

Group Plan: For groups, associations, fellowships that want to enjoy a group discount

Kids Plan: kiddy computing is an integral part of the ImoOnline program. This plan provides opportunities for children to get started with computing

Individual Plan: For people enlisting as individual students

Accelerated Plan: A compressed, fast-paced plan (normally one month)
